Darren will be in Mexico this April to promote Spin, and he will visit Mexico D.F, Guadalajara and Monterrey. MTV Mexico are already playing the Insatiable Video so look out for it.

Darren will be in Köln/Cologne on 27. / 28. February and in München/Munich on 01. March.
He will be doing a live Interview on Viva Interaktiv on February 28th (thursday). So be sure to check it out.

Darren will be performing "Insatiable" for the first time ever tonight, live, in New York City at Teen Magazine's "Girls Rule" fashion show. This is a special one off performance to celebrate the opening of Fashion Week.
Look out this week for the performance to be screened more than a few times in Times Square on the JumboTron. Darren heads back to L.A this week for a few days of band rehearsals before heading off to Europe to promote "Insatiable".

Chart Update - And The US?

Greetings!
Darren Hayes first solo single, Insatiable, is approaching the US top 100 this week. Last weeks "Bubbling Under" chart, which documents what is going on just under the official top 100, listed "Insatiable" new at number 20. The "Bubbling Under" chart is a list of songs that are yet to enter the top 100... an indication of what is 'up and coming'.
In Australia, "Insatiable" has now been in the singles chart for four weeks. This week is rised one place to 11, still being certified Gold. It peaked at #3 on it's debut week back in early January. In the Australian airplay chart, "Insatiable" broke the top 10 for the first time last week at #10.

Insatiable has climbed back up one place to #11 on the ARIA Top 50 Singles chart. It is also back up to #1 on the ARIA Australasian Top 20 singles chart. The song is #10 on the Australian airplay charts.
Steady at #17 R&R Adult Contemporary Chart
Up one to #19 Gavin's A/C Chart
The song is also gaining airplay around the world especially in parts of Europe (Scandanavian region) and Asia (Japan and Singapore).
HOH Team Members and Everyone Else!

I have some Darren Hayes postcards to use for promotions. They're really nice -- larger than you'd expect -- with a beautiful picture of the Spin cover on the front. There's plenty for HOH teams and anyone else who wants to help. If you want some for your team or local activities, let me know and I can send them out. They can be used any number of ways.......... send to your friends, mail to your local DJ's, send to VH1 and MTV..........
There are too many for me to send out one at a time, BUT I was thinking.........
If I could send 10 per person, then that person sends some of those to other people, we could cover a TON of folk in a short time. And what I think would be useful is to send them to MTV or VH1 (VH1 is more likely to play Insatiable in my opinion) or to your local dj's. Yes, it's organized. BUT fans do things like this all the time. As long as we stay local and don't flood stations with out of area mail (ie a radio station in North Carolina wouldn't want to hear from me because I live in Minnesota, BUT they love getting mail from local people), this might be tons of fun and get some notice.

Insatiable sits at #12 on the Aria Singles chart this week.
It debuted at #18 on Kasey Kasem's Top 20 in the US.
It's up one spot to #17 on the R&R Adult Contempory chart and #21 on Billboard's AC chart.
AND it holds stead at #20 on Gavin's AC chart.

Most Weeks Spent On US Adult Contemporary Charts
Australian duo Savage Garden's single 'Truly Madly Deeply' spent a record 123 weeks on the US adult contemporary chart before it dropped out of the chart in May 2000. Their album sold 11 million copies.
Editors Note: 'I Knew I Loved You' is currently close to equalling this achievement and is currently climbing this chart due to the release of Darren's debut solo single Insatiable.

Insatiable Drops to #8 on the ARIA Charts

Insatiable has dropped to #8 on the ARIA charts released on Monday. This drop is due to lower single sales and a lack of a video clip. It also dropped to #2 on the Australasian charts, overtaken by the new Kylie Minogue single 'In Your Eyes' which had three versions available for sale.
The single has however jumped to #13 on the Australian Radio Airplay charts, up from #21 last week.
What's Going On DVD
